Refund & Cancellation Policy

IIRIC 2026 – International Interdisciplinary Research & Innovation Conference
Organized by World Research Conference (WRC)

General Policy

• All registration fees are generally non-refundable
• Registration fees are applicable per paper / per participant, as specified
• Participants are advised to review all conference details before registering
• Submission or acceptance of a paper does not guarantee eligibility for a refund

Cancellation by Participant

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the official
conference email address. Cancellation requests received after
successful registration may not be eligible for any refund.

• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance
• No refunds will be issued for visa rejection or travel restrictions
• No refunds for failure to present an accepted paper

Cancellation or Modification by Organizer

World Research Conference reserves the right to modify, postpone,
relocate, or cancel IIRIC 2026 due to administrative, safety,
regulatory, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, the organizer’s liability shall be limited to the
registration fee paid, excluding any third-party expenses such as
travel, accommodation, or visa-related costs.

Registration Transfer

In certain cases, the organizing committee may allow the transfer
of registration to another eligible participant or future conference,
subject to prior written approval and administrative conditions.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated without prior written
communication with the organizing committee may result in cancellation
of registration and withdrawal of conference benefits.
