Prof. T. Nataraja Moorthy is an internationally renowned Forensic Scientist, Academician, and Researcher with over 40 years of professional, academic, and forensic investigation experience across India and Malaysia. He currently serves as Professor of Forensic Sciences at the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences, Management and Science University (MSU), Malaysia, and is also a Visiting Professor at Airlangga University, Indonesia.
He began his career with the Forensic Sciences Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, India, where he served for more than two decades as a Toxicologist, Drug Analyst, and Crime Scene Investigator, handling complex cases including homicides, suspicious and dowry deaths, narcotics, arson, explosions, industrial and road accidents, and exhumations.
A leading researcher in the region, Prof. Moorthy has authored 130+ research and crime scene publications and delivered 100+ international conference presentations. He actively supervises UG, PG, and PhD scholars, serves as an external examiner, and collaborates with universities, police forces, and forensic institutions across Asia and the Middle East.
He is a highly respected Keynote Speaker, Reviewer, Panellist, and Forensic Trainer, and a recipient of 121 awards from the Government of Tamil Nadu and 25 major university awards in Malaysia. His vast expertise and global recognition make him a valuable member of the Advisory Board.

Prof. Shyam Narayan Labh is a senior academician and researcher in Zoology, Fisheries, and Aquaculture, with more than three decades of teaching, research, and academic leadership experience. He earned his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Zoology from Mithila University, India, M.Sc. in Zoology (Fish & Fisheries) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and a Ph.D. in Fish Nutrition from the University of Delhi, India. He is currently pursuing Post-Doctoral research in Nutri-Genomics at ICAR–CIFE, Mumbai.
He has been serving as Professor of Zoology at Tribhuvan University since 1987, specializing in fish and fisheries, aquaculture, and aquatic nutrition. In addition to academia, he has held significant leadership roles, including Executive Director, Central Himalayan Education Foundation, Nepal, and Program Director, Himalayan Whitehouse International College.
Prof. Labh is the President of the Nepal Aquaculture Society, an Executive Member of the Nepal Zoological Society and Ecological Society, and a Senior Member of APCBEES. He has published several textbooks, research books, and numerous national and international research articles and concept papers, and has successfully completed a UGC-funded higher education project in Nepal.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to education and research, he was honored with the prestigious Nepal Vidya Bhushan Padak, conferred by the President of Nepal on the occasion of National Education Day (2010).

Ms. Rangsima Thongphanchang is a distinguished parliamentary advisor, senior executive, and global policy leader with extensive experience in public policy, international cooperation, peacekeeping, and governance. She has served in key advisory roles under the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Thailand, contributing to high-level national and international initiatives aligned with the United Nations and global multilateral institutions.

Dr. Durgesh Kumar Mishra is a distinguished academician, researcher, and technology leader with over 30 years of teaching and 15 years of research experience in Computer Science and Engineering. He holds an M.Tech. in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, with specialization in Secure Multi-Party Computation and Privacy Preservation.
He currently serves as Director and Professor (CSE) and has previously been the Founder Director of the Microsoft Innovation Centre, Indore. He has also served as Visiting Faculty at IIT Indore and is a member of the Program Advisory Committee for Ph.D. (Computer Science) at the Namibia University of Science and Technology.
Dr. Mishra has authored 100+ research papers, holds multiple granted and published patents, and has edited 12 international Springer books. He has organized and chaired numerous IEEE, ACM, and Springer international conferences and has delivered invited talks across Asia, Europe, and the USA.
A Senior Member of IEEE, ACM, and CSI, he has held several national and regional leadership positions, including Chairman, IEEE Madhya Pradesh Section, Chairman, IEEE Computer Society Bombay Chapter, and National Treasurer, Computer Society of India. Dr. S. M. Anas Iqbal is a distinguished academician, economist, and management expert with extensive experience in commerce, finance, international economics, and global business laws. He has served as an Economic Consultant to the Planning Commission (now NITI Aayog), Government of India, and has held various academic and administrative leadership roles in higher education institutions. Rajesh Kumar Verma is the Founder and Chairperson of the World Research Conference (WRC) and serves as the Conference Chair for the International Interdisciplinary Research & Innovation Conference (ICIRI 2026). Associate Professor Dr. Bijay Lal Pradhan is an academic and researcher with extensive experience in business statistics, applied economics, qualitative and quantitative research methods. His research primarily focuses on total quality management (TQM), Microplastics, foreign direct investment (FDI), economic growth, energy economics. Dr. Pradhan has a strong methodological orientation, employing econometric techniques such as time-series analysis, ARDL modeling, structural equation modeling, and confirmatory factor analysis etc. His scholarly work has been published in peer-reviewed national and international journals, contributing empirical evidence to policy debates on investment climate, sustainable development, and institutional effectiveness. Dr. Sanjay Gadge is an Assistant Professor of English with over 18 years of distinguished teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He holds a Ph.D. in English with specialization in short stories of Danish literature and is a recognized Ph.D. research guide, actively supervising and mentoring doctoral scholars.
His academic interests include Critical Theory and Indian Writing in English. Dr. Gadge has made significant scholarly contributions, having published more than 36 research papers in reputed national and international journals and edited volumes. He has also published two edited books, adding to contemporary literary research and criticism.
In addition to his academic role, Dr. Gadge is working as an Associate NCC Officer (ANO) with the rank of Captain, contributing actively to youth leadership and nation-building activities. Shukla is a senior academician, administrator, and computer science expert with over 25 years of extensive experience in higher education, academic leadership, and institutional administration. He is currently serving as Principal and Professor of Computer Science at ILVA Commerce and Science College, Indore (M.P.) since February 2023.
He has previously served as Head of the Department (Computer Applications) and IQAC Coordinator at Shri Cloth Market Kanya Vanijya Mahavidyalaya, Indore, a UGC-NAAC A+ accredited institution, and has also worked as a Visiting Faculty at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore for nearly 18 years.
