Academic Integrity & Plagiarism Policy

IIRIC 2026 – International Interdisciplinary Research & Innovation Conference
Upholding Ethical Research & Scholarly Excellence

IIRIC 2026 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic
integrity and ethical research practices. All participants, authors,
reviewers, and committee members are expected to adhere to principles
of honesty, transparency, originality, and proper attribution.

Academic Integrity

Academic integrity refers to the ethical standards and professional
conduct expected in scholarly work. Authors submitting manuscripts
to IIRIC 2026 must ensure that their work is original, accurately
reported, and appropriately referenced.

  • All research must be conducted and reported honestly
  • Data, results, and interpretations must not be fabricated or falsified
  • Proper acknowledgment of all sources is mandatory
  • Authorship must accurately reflect contributions

Plagiarism

Plagiarism is the use of another person’s ideas, words, data, or
intellectual property without proper acknowledgment. IIRIC 2026
follows a strict zero-tolerance approach toward plagiarism in any form.

  • Direct plagiarism (verbatim copying without citation)
  • Self-plagiarism or duplicate publication
  • Improper paraphrasing without attribution
  • Unauthorized use of figures, tables, or data

Plagiarism Screening & Review

Submitted manuscripts may be subjected to plagiarism screening as part
of the review and editorial evaluation process. Screening results are
assessed in context, taking into account acceptable academic similarity
such as references, methodology descriptions, and standard terminology.

The organizing committee does not guarantee or certify any specific
similarity percentage.

Consequences of Ethical Misconduct

  • Immediate rejection of the manuscript
  • Withdrawal of accepted or published papers
  • Disqualification from conference participation
  • Notification to affiliated institutions, where appropriate

Author Responsibility

  • Authors bear full responsibility for the content of their submissions
  • All co-authors must consent to the submission
  • Proper permissions must be obtained for third-party material

IIRIC 2026 is organized by World Research Conference (WRC).
The organizing committee reserves the right to interpret and enforce this
policy. Submission of a manuscript constitutes acceptance of the Academic
Integrity and Plagiarism Policy. Decisions of the organizing committee
shall be final in matters of ethical compliance.
