Discover Nepal Beyond the Conference

To complement the academic experience of IIRIC 2026, participants may
optionally explore Nepal through a post-conference tour program.
This initiative offers an opportunity for cultural exchange, informal
networking, and experiential learning in one of the world’s most
diverse and scenic destinations.

Purpose of the Post-Conference Tour

  • Promote cultural and academic exchange beyond formal sessions
  • Encourage networking in an informal environment
  • Provide participants with an enriched conference experience
  • Showcase Nepal’s cultural heritage and natural landscapes

Indicative Tour Destinations

  • Kathmandu Valley – cultural and heritage sites
  • Pokhara – natural landscapes and Himalayan views
  • Nearby heritage towns or cultural landmarks (subject to itinerary)

Final destinations and itinerary details will be shared closer to the
conference dates.

Participation & Registration

  • Participation in the post-conference tour is entirely optional
  • Separate registration and fees may apply
  • Tour participation does not affect conference registration status
  • Limited slots may be available based on logistical considerations

Travel & Logistics

Tour arrangements may include local transportation, accommodation,
and guided visits, depending on the selected itinerary. Detailed
information regarding inclusions, exclusions, and schedules will
be communicated separately.

The Post-Conference Tour is an optional, non-academic activity offered
for interested participants. World Research Conference (WRC) and the
IIRIC 2026 organizing committee shall not be liable for personal expenses,
travel disruptions, health issues, or losses arising from participation
in the tour. Tour arrangements may be managed by third-party service
providers, and participation is subject to their terms and conditions.
