Paper Submission

• All submissions must be original and unpublished
• Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication
• Authors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content
• The organizing committee reserves the right to reject submissions

Registration & Fees

• Registration fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Fee categories and deadlines are subject to change
• Incomplete registration may result in exclusion from the conference
• All payments must be made through official channels only

Conference Participation

• At least one author must register to present an accepted paper
• Conference format may be physical, virtual, or hybrid
• The organizer is not responsible for travel or visa arrangements
• Participants must comply with venue and local regulations

Publication & Proceedings

• Only registered and presented papers may be included in proceedings
• Proceedings will be published with an ISBN
• No guarantee is made regarding indexing or citations
• The organizer is not liable for third-party publication decisions

Limitation of Liability

The organizing committee shall not be liable for any direct or indirect
loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation
in the conference, use of the website, or circumstances beyond its
reasonable control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance
with applicable laws. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the
jurisdiction determined by the organizing committee.
